Solar power
On-grid, hybrid and off-grid systems for homes and businesses
Solar is where Arisen started. We design, supply, install and maintain solar systems for homes and businesses, each one built to order from tried and tested equipment and priced so that quality isn't the thing that gets cut.
Three ways to connect
How a system connects to your building and the grid matters more than the number of panels.
- On-grid systems feed solar straight into your home and let the grid fill the gaps. There are no batteries, so it is the lowest-cost way to cut your electricity bill, but the inverter switches off when the grid goes down.
- Hybrid systems add batteries, so solar runs the house by day, the battery carries the evening, and your essential circuits keep running in a power cut.
- Off-grid systems have no grid connection at all. Panels charge a battery bank that runs everything, which suits farms and sites the grid does not reach.
See all three in our power-flow explorer, then read how to choose between them.
Sized to what you run
We start with what you need running, and when, and size the panels, inverter and batteries to your roof and your budget. The battery calculator gives you a first estimate, and our product range covers everything from panels to mounting and cabling.
